At BBNFP we have teams which specialise in advising small /medium enterprises (SMEs) on all matters relating to employee benefits.

We are focused on providing smaller organisations (those with less than 500 employees) with the levels of service and standard of advice that blue-chip corporates would normally expect.

We acknowledge that SMEs are generally more sensitive to the cost of providing such services, and our team therefore focuses on providing cost effective solutions to these organisations.

We pride ourselves in using Plain-English presentations and reports irrespective of the target audience.

Widespread media coverage was achieved in 2003 with the launch of the Pension Exchange© facility.

Further initiatives are planned, including the launch of a new Flexible Benefits Package.

Our teams work closely with BBNFP's Group Risk Division to provide a comprehensive package of benefits and expertise to SMEs.
